NASA spent billion Dollar for a Space Pen.
It was a rumor at late 1960s that "NASA is spending billions of Dollar only for a Space Pen". Yes it is true, because Astronaut were facing a problem to write in zero gravity in space. They had a problem with the pen which they brought with them. It was not working in zero-gravity. To overcome this problem NASA spent billions of dollar to make a ball point pen that would work in zero-gravity in space. Earlier the Russians use the pencil to solve this problem. But, this was not a good idea because pencil could break and need to be sharpen again and again which would create debris inside the space craft environment which is not an ideal situation to work.

List Of Indian Railway Ministers 2014
The Minister of Indian Railways is the head of the Ministry of Railways of the Indian Government.
C. P. Joshi is the current Railway Minister Of India. Indian Railway is the world's largest job producing sector. Here I am providing the list of Railway ministers. With there name and duration of there work.
List Of Railway Ministers
1. John Mathai 1947
He was India's first Railway Minister (Independent India) and subsequently as the India's Finance Minister. He was the first to present the Indian Railway Budget. His tenure was for one year only and resigned in following the 1950 Finance Budget in protest at the increasing power of the Planning Commission and P.C. Mahalanobis.
He was also the first Chairman of the State Bank Of India, which was set up in 1955. He was awarded the Padma Vibhushan in 1976.
2. N. Gopalaswamy Ayyangar 1948-1952
He worked for consolidating the various railways into the zonal railways.
He also served as prime minister of Kashmir (1937-1943) During British Empire .
3. Lal Bahadur Shastri 1952-1956
Lal Bahadur Shastri was deeply influenced by Mahatma Gandhi. He became loyal follower of Gandhi.
He participated in various Indian national moments. He resigned after taking the responsibility of three fatal railway accidents in 1956. Continui
4. Babu Jagjivan Ram 1956-1962
He was a freedom fighter and social reformer from scheduled caste of Bihar.
5. Sardar Swaran Singh 1962
He was an Indian Politician. He was India's longest serving union cabinet minister.
6. Ram Subhang Singh & Kengal Hanumanthaiah 1967
Some sources suggest that kengal Hanumanthaiah was the Railway Minister later, in 1971-72. Ram Subhag Singh is also mentioned in some sources as railway minister in 1969.
7. C.M. Poonacha 1968
According to some sources his tenure was 1966-68
8. Panampilly Govinda Menon 1969
He was Indian politician, Freedom Fighter and Lawyer.
9. Gulzari Lal Nanda 1970-71
He was the inerim Prime Minister Of India two time for thirteen days each: First time after death of PM Jawaharlal Nehru 1964, Second after death of PM Lal Bahadur Shastri in 1966.
10. T.A. Pai 1972-1973
11. Lalit Narayan Mishra 1973-75
He was Killed by Bomb Blast on 2nd Jan 1975, During the opening of a Railway Line In Samstipur.

Massive Solar Eruption Captured By NASA
On 31 December NASA captured Massive Solar Eruption.This was the firework of sun. This solar flare was captured by NASA's Solar Dynamic Observatory. This flare is called "Subdued" by Astronomer.
These flare doesn't effect the earth but little bit the earth's magnetosphere. This happen at on new year, may be the celebration of sun as a new year fire work.
According to NASA it happen in cycle of every 13 years or some says 11 years which was expected to happen next year. But, The Sun surprises every one by doing this. Scientist said this will not harm us anyway. It looks beautiful. Lets have a look in this video of massive solar eruption.
This flare rises up to 160,000 miles.

When this eruption happen the flare rises up to 160,000 from the surface of the sun and again came back to sun's surface due to its strong gravitational field.

Top 5 Interview Mistakes Made By Today's People
According to the recent survey of Forbes, the youngster of
today's generation made worst interview mistake then the
earlier people. The survey reveals today's young people's
worst interview mistakes those who are borne in between
1981 and 2000 i.e. person of age 31 or below rather then the
earlier people. The survey was made on 501 hiring managers.
The recruiter on the basis of interview said that today's
youngsters need a major improvement in there interview
skills.
Here are top 5 worst interview mistake that millennials
make, Lets see how can one avoid these mistakes during his
interview time.
No. 1: Wear Inappropriate Interview Attire
The top interview mistake millennials make is wearing the wrong clothing,
according to survey of 75% hiring managers. When Angela Romano Kuo was vice president of human resources at professional job-matching company The Ladders, she recalls being shocking that a young man came to an interview wearing a golf shirt, shorts and flip flops. He did not get the job. she advises, In an interview, stay away from flashy jewelry, plunging necklines, too-short hemlines, t-shirts, and shoes that are too casual or too difficult to walk in. “You never want to wear something that can made you some kind of uncomfortableness, so if you have to think twice about it—skip it.”
No. 2: Have Posted Questionable Social Media Content ( Inappropriate contents in social sites )
An most majority of about 70% of hiring managers said millennials make the mistake of posting potentially compromising content on social media like Facebook and Twitter. On conversation with managers, they reported that only 19% of older workers post improper content. According to a recent survey done by Intel, top social media fauxpas include posting inappropriate or explicit photos, sharing too-personal information about yourself or others, using profanity, and writing with poor grammar and spelling. Young people should be especially careful of their grammar, considering that 46% of hiring managers believe millennials need to improve their writing skills.
No. 3: Haven’t Done Their Research
Hiring managers are generally doubtful of the candidate's research skills, and 62% said it hurts them in an interview when the candidate have not done enough research or preparation on the company and position. While young professionals are most associated with being creative, about 74%. The easiest way to skip this assumption on its head is for candidates to be as prepared as possible for the interview. Do internet research on the company, position and interviewer; read as many recent articles as you can find about the industry; and use your LinkedIn connections to talk directly to someone already working there about the culture and environment.
No. 4: Don’t Ask Enough Questions
Three in five interviewers say that millennials often show a lack of interest in the job by not asking questions about the company or position. If you don’t ask smart questions, you’ll appear indifferent or clueless. Some of the best question for a job candidate to ask in an interview are:
- How would you describe the ideal candidate?
- How does this position fit into the company’s long-term plans?
- What can I do for you as a follow-up?
No. 5: Overconfident In Themselves
About 57% of hiring managers says that a candidate can be over cofident in there interview. Many candidates goes over confident at the time of there interview during question session. We Know that action speaks louder then word, but some candidates talk too much. What to do? Be in patience and try to continue your conversation generously.
